Still taking delivery orders over the phone?

Keep the phone line: your regulars like it. MyUsuals makes every phone order quicker to take, gives the customers who want it a way to order online, and turns it all into one list for picking and delivery.

Every customer, their own way

Four ways to order. One list for your shop.

Some of your customers have never shopped online and never will. Others would rather tap a button at 11pm. MyUsuals takes orders from both and puts them in the same place.

The tick sheet

A printed list of what they usually buy. They tick it, you snap a photo, and it becomes an order.

Online, in one tap

Your own branded shop on phone or computer, with a “Reorder my usuals” button for the weekly shop.

By phone, faster

Staff pull up the caller’s usuals and change what’s different this week, instead of writing it all down.

Family, from anywhere

A son or daughter can order Mum’s shopping from their own phone and have it delivered to her door.

The tick sheet

Online ordering for people who don’t go online.

No app, no password, no computer. Just a pen. It’s the easiest way we know for older customers to order their weekly shop, and it saves your staff from writing out long orders by hand.

  1. 1

    We print their usuals

Each customer gets a weekly list built from what they’ve ordered before, with this week’s offers and space to add anything new. Post it, or the driver drops it off.

  2. 2

    They tick what they want

At the kitchen table, in their own time. They post it back, drop it in the shop, or hand it to the driver.

  3. 3

    You take a photo

Staff snap the ticked sheet on a phone or tablet and upload it. That’s the whole job.

  4. 4

    It becomes an order

The ticks are read automatically and the order lands on your picking list, ready for delivery.

Ordering for Mum: Margaret Hartley 14 Church Lane · Delivery Thursday
Added her usuals plus a birthday cake. Paid by card, so she won’t need cash at the door.
Delivered · Thursday 11:24am
Family ordering

Looking after Mum’s shopping, from wherever you are.

Relatives can order on behalf of a parent, pay by card, and see when it’s been delivered. Mum still gets her shopping from the local shop she knows, brought by a driver she recognises.

  • Order for one or more people from one account
  • Pay by card online, or pay on delivery
  • An email when the order is on its way and when it’s delivered
Behind the counter

Everything from the order to the doorstep.

MyUsuals isn’t just a website. It runs the whole delivery service, so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time in the shop.

Picking lists

Every order, however it came in, on one list your team can pick from.

Delivery routes

Orders grouped into sensible rounds, so drivers aren’t criss-crossing the town.

Driver app

Drivers see their stops in order, mark each delivery done and note anything left with a neighbour.

Delivery slots

You set the days, times and how many drops each slot can take.

Weekly offers, on paper too

Print this week’s deals as a tick-to-order flyer. Post it out or let the driver drop it with each delivery.

Email offers

Send your deals to customers who’ve asked to hear from you, without needing a separate mailing tool.

Substitutions

Customers say whether they’re happy with a swap if something’s out of stock.

Card or pay on delivery

Take card payment online, or let regulars settle up at the door as they do now.

Your name, not ours

Your logo, your colours and your own web address, such as order.yourshop.co.uk.

Built for your older regulars. Just as handy for everyone else.

Busy families, people working from home and anyone who’d rather not carry a heavy shop up the hill can order online in a couple of minutes. One service covers every customer you have, and keeps their money in your till rather than a supermarket’s.
